Multilingual Proficiency: Communicate fluently in English (C level) and comfortably in French to ensure effective communication with our diverse user base.

ITIL Aligned Support: Operate within an ITIL aligned environment, utilizing best practices for incident management and request fulfilment.

Hardware, Infrastructure, and Application Support: Provide comprehensive support for end user hardware, infrastructure, and applications, following existing documentation and processes.

Service Now Expertise: Utilize Service Now to efficiently triage, investigate, and resolve or escalate tickets, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other IT professionals to resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Documentation: Maintain and update documentation, ensuring that information is accurate and accessible for future reference.

• Fluent in English (C level) and French language level (min B1)

• Previous experience in a role supporting IT Systems, Hardware and Databases.

• Good understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices.

• Experience using Service Now or similar ticketing systems.

• Proven experience resolving IT incidents and requests based on existing documentation and following predefined processes.
