The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be fluent in French. Your primary responsibilities will include making calls and sending emails to inform customers about our courses, guiding them through the enrollment process, and reminding them of payment options and due dates.
In this role, you will engage with customers regarding outstanding debts, utilizing a prioritized list provided by the Country teams. You will explain the outstanding debt, send final invoices, follow up on unanswered calls, and report invalid phone numbers. Keeping accurate records of client conversations in Excel is essential, as is informing the Finance Team about payment agreements. You will also participate in online consultations, providing information about our teaching center products while meeting specific targets for calls and amounts recovered.

Workplace type: 100% onsite work in Noida office
