Senior / Payroll Analyst with French

We will count on you to:
  • Process and reconcile payroll data accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to French payroll regulations and company policies
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements for payroll, benefits, and social security contributions
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as HR and Finance, to gather and validate employee data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of payroll outputs, resolving any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
  • Stay up to date with relevant changes in labor and payroll legislation to ensure compliance and communicate updates to internal stakeholders

What you need to have:
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment
  • Understanding of French payroll legislation, tax regulations, and social security requirements
  • Proficiency in using any payroll software (for example ADP, PeopleSoft) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting and any experience with cross-system configuration/administration
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
