Senior Product Marketing Manager - Bilingual English/French

We need someone who can become an expert in both our product and our personas, driving product enthusiasm, education, and adoption. This is a blank slate to create a distinctive approach to product marketing that distinguishes our company and brand. Your role will be directly linked to business growth, as you develop and oversee a robust product marketing strategy aimed at ensuring client satisfaction, boosting usage, driving referrals, and minimising churn.

Take control of how the healthcare industry perceives our product
  • Determine the most impactful way to release new features and product updates.
  • Promoting them both to the customers and the industry in new and imaginative ways to increase interest, awareness and adoption.
  • Making the best use of a variety of creative media formats.

Shape the entire customer journey and experience
  • Reduce our products time to value by understanding what each customer cares about and build their customer journey around it.
  • Working with our content team to create the assets needed to make a best-in-class customer experience from the beginning to the end of their journey

Own the value proposition for our customers
  • Know our customers inside and out.
  • Help shape the best communication and messaging strategy that will resonate with each individual persona.
  • Educate the team on the pain points, how they feel and how we solve them.

Influence the industry by becoming a part of it
  • Serve as an evangelist for our industry and product through thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
  • Having conversations with industry experts, analysts and our customers to share the unique insights you will gain through your role and the exposure you'll have to the healthcare landscape.

Help launch a product in a new market

We are expanding into the French market, and we need a French speaker on the team to help lead the charge. All to propel us into this new market.
  • Liaising with our new and growing French network.
  • Understanding our French personas and the French healthcare landscape.
  • Understanding the problems we're solving.

What we are looking for

This is a role with immense possibility and provides complete ownership over the entire creation process of a best-in-class product marketing function.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, excel in both strategy development and execution, have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS product development and sales processes, have strong collaboration and communication skills, and love working with team members from multiple departments.

  • Deep B2B SaaS product marketing experience of over 5 years, with an emphasis on value-based messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, as well as the ability to execute and deliver results
  • Define success metrics for products and features, ensuring long-term lifecycle management and adoption.
  • Experience evaluating product-market fit and influencing roadmap, MVP definition, and launch timelines
  • Focus on buyer and customer journeys, developing messaging that speaks not to features and functions, but rather highlights the outcomes associated with them
  • Analytical mindset when approaching the success of all activities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, leading by example to drive a culture of cross-functional transparency and understanding

This role can be fully remote in the UK (with occasional travel to our London office or clients' locations). We are unfortunately not able to consider candidates located outside these locations and time zones at this stage.
