Service Administration Specialist with French (back-office)
Your tasks:
- processing service orders, controlling the quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians.
- invoicing services, repairs, and installation.
- managing customer data in the SAP system.
- managing service contracts.
- handling customer inquiries.
- processing customer complaints.
- ensuring complete and timely digital archiving of all relevant documents.
What You Need to Succeed
Your background:
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- very good French and English skills (min. B2)
- well-developed MS Office skills
- quick perception and excellent attention to details
- knowledge of SAP will be a great asset.
