Job Description

We are looking for a Support Technician to join Group IT, the internal IT department for the Devoteam Group.

The technician will be part of the Service Desk team and will support all Devoteam employees in the different applications used by the company internally.

Requirements

Knowledge of IT tools is not as important as a great attitude and good knowledge in English and French.
Communication skills.
Experience with Google Workspace, ticketing tools such as Servicenow or IT support level 1 and 2.

The position is 100% remote from Spain and you will have training in servicenow, as well as the possibility to use and specialise in tools such as Google Workspace as a career plan within the company.
