As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist you are responsible for Creating plans for maintenance (preventive) for installed products at DACH region.
Your role:
- Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations
- Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers
- Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements
- Contacting customers and business partners by phone and emails
- fixed-term contract till February 2025

You're the right fit if:
- You have some experience within the corporate world (ideally customer service)
- You know French and English language on min. C1 level
- You have an analytical mind
- Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
