Job Description
Job title:
Services & Solutions Delivery Team Leader takes care about team responsible for operational support of French market.
Your role:
- Manage all aspects of customer service operations and lead operational teams to achieve business goals.
- Align activities of teams to support business strategy objectives and identify/develop talent by lead by example to promote a performance culture.
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction and relevant quality, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Utilize LEAN techniques to drive operational efficiency improvements at the business and department level.

You're the right fit if you have:
- min. 1 year of professional experience in people management
- Fluent English & French
- Hands-on experience with process improvement e.g. LEAN techniques and culture
- Good communication skills at different levels (to internal stakeholders and regions/customers)
- Knowledge and experience in customer service or supply chain management is a strong plus
