Position Overview
We are looking for a professional with Manufacturing experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments. This person will work closely with existing and future Major Accounts across EMEA. You will join the Customer Technical Success (CTS) group within Customer Success – a team that values professional development and rewards high performance and is responsible for maximizing the success of and return on investment for our strategic customers. We do this by delivering professional and customized product services that help our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions.
Responsibilities
Deliver technically driven presentations and lead discovery calls to uncover customer needs
Innovate, develop, and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor, activities including customer interactions, regular internal account team planning meetings and executing activities in customer success plans
Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve goals identified in customer success plans
Assist and recommend technically-wise for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics
Find opportunities for improve initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
5 – 6 years of Product Design and Manufacturing field experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical
Experience in the use of Autodesk Vault or a similar Data Management system
Awareness of industry needs, workflows and future trends
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Fluency in English and French
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience
Team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility team
Proactive approach, where initiative it’s taken, instead of waiting for work to present itself
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers
Ability to present technical information to a live or virtual audience
Must be flexible, decisive, self-motivated and proactive
Comfortable with ambiguity and working through change while driving results
Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers
Demonstrated motivation to learn new skills and technologies
Take a problem management approach
Preferred Qualifications
Any other additional European language
Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers
Strong experience in Inventor iLogic
Experience with Fusion 360, Forge, ACC or cloud solutions in general

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
