Technical Support with French
Your responsibilities:
In this role Technical Support, you will support the Customers' needs in terms of color formulation, complaint verification & color database integrity.
• You will manage product complaints and information coming from France
• Deal with Customers calling on hotline, record all data to follow color activity and send color formula recipes
• Ensure timely and accurate request entry into databases
• Build the Products/Collections matrix, Complete the Color Database in SAP
• Registration of complaints and taking corrective actions for the technical complaints
• Manage complaint tickets and answer to requestor SAP CRM/C4Hana (Client Link)
• Escalate when Customer contact is required
• Deliver great Internal customer experience
• Respect PPG's core values and comply with company policy
Our requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French is a must
• Proficiency in Polish (nice to have)
• Excellent Customer Service skills and clear and positive telephone manner
• System knowledge skills utilizing Microsoft environments, knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP system is an asset
• Great administrative, interpersonal and communication skills
• Calm and organized during high periods of calls and pressure
• Quick learner with competence to resolve queries
