The Opportunity - Receiving and recording all incoming user calls and Jira tickets from customer IT teams;
- Providing the first level of resolution, which includes qualification, verification, reproduction, log analysis, proposing workaround if possible, communication with customers;
- Keeping customers informed of the status of their requests;
- Interacting with several stakeholders (Level 2 Support team, Customer Success Manager, Project Managers, Regional management);
- Notifying customers of platform changes or major incidents;
- Participating in enrichment of the functional knowledge database and operational environment;
- Helping provide monthly dashboard and KPI's.
Who Are We Looking ForWe look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Academic background in IT or first experience in technical support;
- Basic knowledge of Linux;
- Fluent English, good or advanced knowledge of French;
- SQL and basic knowledge of networks (VPN, MPLS) would be an asset;
- Knowledge of electronic payment process and vocabulary could be a plus;
- Stress resistance;
- Good communication and analytical skills.
