As a
Treasury Analyst you'll become a part of our Global Capability Centre Finance department and you'll facilitate admin activities by i.e., managing profile accesses and handling account on the bank platforms, coordinating KYC requests and analyze the databases on ad-hoc and regular basis.
Our office is situated in Cracow, and we embrace a hybrid working model.
What the day will look like:The responsibilities include back-office operations such as:
- Cooperate closely with banks as well as the teams in France, Switzerland, Austria and Poland to make sure all service level agreements are met
- Develop, track and report metrics/performance on various business situations/projects
- Manage local bank accounts as well as user profiles accesses on various banking platforms with attention to details
- Support Money Market Funds administration and KYC activities on a Global level
- Handle Cash-Pool and Netting environment for global corporate structure thoroughly
- Provide clients and auditors with reports and standard bank confirmations on ad-hoc basis
- Update bank mandates and SWIFT contract documentation accordingly
- Support the incoming transition with proactive approach
- Manage Service-Now and shared mailbox effectively by communicating priorities with the team
Skills and experience that will lead to success:- English and French - at least on a B2+ level
- Experience in banking/finance area
- Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively according to volumes
- Strong self-management and prioritization skills
- Proactive approach to dynamic business needs
- Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy diligently
- Adaptability for balanced use of flexible working hours (start between 7AM and 10AM)
- Willingness to improve and automate work and tackle new challenges and tasks
- Experience in Banking, Finance or Accounting would be a strong asset
