Your position and environment?

Our  Faurecia Interior System Business Group is looking for you as VIE Lean Manufacturing & Digital Transformation Engineer in our plant in  Mladá Boleslav .

Your role and responsibilities

She/he supports ​ Lean Manufacturing & Digital Transformation Manager – FES&P Manager on all following activities:

Follow up of the Digital deployment through monitoring, tracking and workshops

Contribute to the implementation of Digital tools improvement tools for production reliability and standards

Support Digitalization Deployments in our Plants

Support Digital network animation in the plant by proposing and promoting best practices within the Plant

Support Automation project, especially related with AGV (Autonomous Guided Vehicle) scoping in our plants

Automate and deploy the necessary tools for data management

The mission will last 12 months . (renewable 12 months)

Candidate profile

Digital and automatization (AGV) experience launch

Minimum 1 year of working experience within a production environment

Recognized experience and ability to improve processes and KPI's within a plant using FES principles

Previous plant launch experience and previous management experience is a plus

Network animation, coaching and influencing/persuasion skills

Ability to train and coach within the plant

Continuous improvement mind set

Ability to master change

Fluent in English

High skills in MS Office, Excel, Power Point, VBA, Macros, etc

International mindset.
