    Description:

    Our  Seat Structure Systems Division  is looking for a VIE FES&P Pilot (Faurecia Excelence System and Productivity) for its plant at Walbrzych (Poland).

    The mission will last 12 months [renewable 12 more months.]

    The FES&P pilot provides improvement ideas on Production and support our factories to achieve the expected level of excelence.

    The main missions of the role are:

  • Support our team to analyze our improvement potential and support saving actions deployment;
  • Analyze potential saving on physical flows as information flows;
  • Support plant teams to deploy our best practice and saving actions;
  • Support plant teams to deploy digital tools supporting performance (TRS, pull flows…);
  • Compare/analyze and define the benchmark to deploy.
  • Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering
  • English required (minimum C1)
  • Experience or strong knowledge in Production and Lean Manufacturing
  • Problem resolution tools knowledge
  • Strong communications skills
