We are searching for a bilingual Dutch-/French speaking Telemarketer!

Join our team as an ambitious and enthusiastic bilingual Dutch-/French-speaking telemarketer!
We are currently seeking a talented individual to generate bookings for our buyer's brokers by contacting highly qualified leads.

As a successful telemarketer in our organization, you will work directly with leads and have the opportunity to schedule direct meetings in the calendars of our brokers.

In this role, your responsibilities will include contacting clients registered on our platform, providing them with accurate information about our company and services, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their specific needs. Your ability to ask relevant questions to understand their requirements and persuade them to schedule an online meeting with our brokers will be crucial. Accurate recording of client information and adherence to established processes are fundamental aspects of this role.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Residing in Costa del Sol - in close proximity to our office in Bel-Air (Estepona), as the job is office-based.
  • Fluent in both Dutch or-/and French
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Persistent and results-oriented.
  • Patient and adept at handling customer rejection.
  • Seeking a long-term job opportunity.
