About the job
- Deliver collections management services to SBS
- Review AR ageing reports
- Perform collection & dunning
- Contacting customers (phone calls, emails) for collection or resolution of aged receivables, regularly collecting and analysing Customer data
- Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process
- Dispute & Claim Management - qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility

About you
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Min. 30 hour/week
- Ongoing studies preferably in the field of finance, accounting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Team player, able to work collaboratively and transversally with Ci2C front line teams with an end to end mindset
- Good communication skills
- Organized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlines
- Attentive to detail and works with precision
