French speaking Accounts Receivable Analyst
Join our client's team as a Collection Analyst, supporting one of the leading IT solution providers. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts from clients within the company. You'll engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to secure payments, resolve disputes, and maintain cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accounts receivable reports and monitor customer debts.
- Enforce payment deadlines and terms, fostering compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate accounts receivable recovery processes.
- Focus on reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and minimizing overdue payments.
- Propose and implement solutions to settle outstanding debts promptly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the recovery process.
- Identify and resolve disputes causing payment delays.
- Maintain comprehensive follow-up on outstanding balances and escalate critical cases.
Requirements
- 1 year of finance experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
- Fluency in French with at least an intermediate level of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to communication.
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Interest in expanding knowledge of SAP and Lean techniques.
