Your Profile

- You are proficient in French, and you are fluent in English (from B2)

- You are able to work in a rotating shift schedule

- Some experience in technical troubleshooting it’s nice to have but not mandatory

Your Responsibilities

- Provide answers, information and technical assistance to customers in your language via phone, emails or chat in a friendly and efficient manner

- Identify and analyse the technical issue of the customers

- Provide high-quality customer service

- Gather contacts and document of customers
