Job Description

What are we looking for?

We`re looking for an eager to learn & proactive Technical Analyst with French to be part of our team!

Your key responsibilities:
  • All the scheduling and planning activities
  • Use of Excel and other systems/processes to gather and analyze inventory data
  • Adjust schedules as required to cover customer requirements efficiently
  • Answer to users' technical requests in a timely manner
  • Analyze information from different databases / tools
  • Conduct analysis and provides recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications
  • University degree
  • Medium Level of French ( Minimum B1)
  • Good level of English (Minimum B2)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize activities
  • Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work both individually and within a team
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • A minimum experience in customer support could be a plus
