B2B Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (French-speaking)

Role Purpose

You will own the marketing performance of an assigned set of geographic markets, with Keystone's strategic marketing goals. Fluent French is essential to this role: you will own translation, localization, and quality control of marketing materials, campaigns, and client-facing assets in French, and act as the safeguard for tone and terminology consistency in that language.

What You'll Own

Geo Market Ownership

• Act as the owner and internal voice of your assigned geographic markets, aligned with Keystone's strategic marketing goals.

• Build and maintain the marketing plan for your geos and their segments, adapting global campaigns for local relevance , language, channel mix, seasonality, and cultural fit.

• Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and client sentiment in your geos, feeding insights back to the team and leadership.

• Own translation and localization for French (and any other language you speak): translating and quality-checking marketing materials, campaigns, and client-facing assets.

Inbound Marketing, Content & Segmentation

• Coordinate and execute activities across channels; conferences, email, blog, design, video, paid advertising, and content (whitepapers, case studies, data-driven reports), to engage a global B2B higher education audience.

• Ensure content creation aligns with the segmentation strategy, so each segment receives relevant content for its stage.

• Create segment lists from given criteria and ensure direct email marketing (DEM) strategy is properly executed.

• Proactively generate client testimonial videos and case studies, identifying candidates, securing participation, and driving production through to publication.

Webinars, Events & Tradeshows

• Identify, recommend, and execute webinars, events, and tradeshows relevant to your geos, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up.

• For events you own: source panelists, coordinate preparation and delivery, create presentations and supporting content, and manage technical execution.

Commercial Orientation, Reporting & Cost Stewardship

• Analyze the performance of your content and its contribution to inbound revenue, using data to inform your decisions.

• Report regularly on agreed KPIs for your geos and flag risks or underperformance early.

• Obtain and compare price quotes before commitment, track spend against plan, and escalate all spend decisions to the Head of Global Marketing.

What We're Looking For

Must-have

• Fluent/native-level French, spoken and written - essential for owning localization, translation, and market communication in Francophone Europe.

• Professional fluency in English - the team's internal working language for reporting, planning, and cross-team collaboration.

• Experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally with an inbound focus.

• Comfortable executing across multiple channels: email, content, paid advertising, and events.

• Commercially minded - comfortable with KPI reporting, data-driven decision-making, and cost stewardship (comparing quotes, tracking spend against plan).

• Strong project coordination skills, including managing external providers and stakeholders for events and content production.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in higher education or B2B education marketing.

• Additional language skills relevant to our global markets.

• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing platform.
