About the role

At Flanks, we are looking for a Back Office Specialist with solid experience of three to five years in the private banking or family officesector, in French speaking territories. If you are a motivated professional motivated, passionate about financial services and are looking for an exciting challenge in a dynamic exciting challenge in a dynamic environment, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all data entries and updates, cross-referencing with original documents and third-party sources as necessary.
• Incident Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies and problems related to customer transactions and accounts.
• Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain detailed records of all assets, including real estate, investments, trusts, bank accounts, and other holdings.
• Data Extraction: Extract relevant information from PDFs and other documents to incorporate into asset management databases.
• Financial Operations Control: Oversee the financial operations exchange of clients with various banking entities.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate on projects to improve and automate processes.
• Database Utilization: Support different areas of the company by exploiting the database.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the client and banks, external advisors, including lawyers, accountants, and financial advisors.

Things we'd love to see on you

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Finance, or a Higher Degree in Administration or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in administrative, audit, or accounting roles within the financial/banking sector.
• Language Skills:French native.Advanced level of English. Spanish is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized and methodical.
• Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving results.

The hiring process

This is how the usual hiring process looks like:

4. Business case presentation to the Head of Operations.
5. Optionally, any other meeting you or us might need to clarify any pending questions.
