Business Simplification & IT partner (French Speaker)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Simplification & IT partner (French Speaker) .

As part of your role and responsibilities:

• Top Company Objective for Business application
  
  • You will be in charge to setup and execute actions to reach the TCO target.
  • You will analyze the current portfolio and, based on the data, propose application retirement candidates
  • You will organize the retirement campaign to remove all application candidates
  • You shall maintain an up to date data quality of the application portfolio. Organize campaign to improve data quality
  • You will ensure the change management, that means ensure that Operations population has the right level of information concerning it's role. Setup and deploy change mgt & communication plan adapt to each user's role.

• IT in the Business
  
  • You will ensure the governance for IT in the Business for O, P and Q functions that means maintaining the process and linked workflow.
  • Based on the DIVS Site Leaders network you will adapt the governance and propose common workflow for Application demand. Define it as requirement.
  • You will deliver to IM the updated workflow, follow its implementation, test in validation, do the business acceptance and communicate it to the DIVS Site Leaders network.
  • To make the success of the governance you will setup and apply change management and communication plan.
  • You will monitor and follow each new business demand for application from the beginning of the workflow with the creation till the end with the acceptance
  • During the workflow you will have to do some actions like
    
    • Register the application in the portfolio
    • Support the data classification
    • Review the implementation phase
    • Control the deliverable (documents...)
  • You will ensure the quality of each process steps, but also be able to inform the requesters of the DIVS Sites Leaders of the status for any request for its location
  • You will be responsible of incident and also evolution, check that SLA and OLA match the target and review them with the business and bundle in case of escalation
  • You will support the bundle in charge of application implementation all across the process.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

• Business management (listen, negotiate, make complex simple...) - Middle (2 to 3 years)
• Project management (Agile methodology) - Middle (2 to 3 years)
• Reporting analytics, be able to create and maintain simple report (Google Looker) and if required with macro in Google AppScript to clean/transform data - Middle (2 to 3 years)
• IT Governance concept - Middle (0 to 2 years) - if not training will be provided
• Software development concept even if only theoretical - Middle (0 to 2 years) - if not training will be provided
• Low Code / No Code concepts - Middle (0 to 2 years) - if not training will be provided
• English and French - Write & Speak - Business level
• ITIL - Middle (2 to 3 years) - if not training will be provided
• Google Workplace - Middle (2 to 3 years) - if not training will be provided
• ServiceNow knowledge - Middle (2 to 3 years) - if not training will be provided
• Note that training will be provided to deliver knowledge on the Airbus Simplification programme with strong focus on the applications linked, As it is specific to Airbus we don't expect the resource to already have knowledge on it
