What the day will look like

• contract processing (from simple to complex business transactions)

• administration and maintenance of data in the system

• creating insurance certificates

• scheduling and resubmitting business transactions

• correcting premium and brokerage statements

• following procedures and guides for the scope of work

• supporting SME for processes and resolving issues

• participating in projects aimed at process improvement

• support process transitions

• continuously giving and asking for constructive feedback

• ensuring process documentation is up to date

• actively attending / leading meetings with the team

• suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery

• suggesting process and/or system improvements to team manager & team coordinator

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• good knowledge of insurance market
• English - level B2/C1 French - level C1
• ability to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement
• ability to identify and respond to risks
• excellent attention to detail

• understanding and applying appropriate communication style

• ability to meet tight deadlines under time pressure

• ability to prioritize tasks according to volumes

• excellent time management and organizational skills
