We're seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Success department at Nodalview! As a Customer Care & Logistics Intern, you'll work directly with our international team, engaging with customers and providing assistance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. If you're an adaptive self-starter with strong communication and empathy, we welcome you to join our team!

Curious to see what your day-to-day will look like?

Your time will be split roughly between 60% customer care and 40% logistics.

• Be our customers' go-to person: advise and guide them through Nodalview by chat, email, and phone. You'll handle it all: product questions, commercial requests, billing topics...
• Be the voice of the customer: spot patterns, share feedback with Product, and shape what we build next to delight our customers even more.
• Keep things moving: arrange the shipping of customer orders and follow up on hardware warranties.
• Help us raise the bar: bring your ideas to build the Nodalview customer experience strategy.
• See how a scale-up really works: dive into the core of a SaaS company and work with every department.
• Manage churn, downsell, and upsell conversations with clients, identifying opportunities to retain and grow accounts within the French customer base

Who are we looking for?

• You're a Bachelor's or Master's student and can provide an internship agreement
• French is your native language (you'll mainly talk to French customers), and you're comfortable in English (it's our team language)
• You're available for at least 5 months, starting December 2026 or January 2027
• You're eligible to work in the EU
