ABOUT THE JOB

As an Implementation Manager, you will assist clients in the implementation of eBanking Trade Finance solutions and provide level 1 support for front-end assets within the CIB EMEA scope. You will work in a cross-functional environment to support the digitalization of our Trade Finance customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver end-to-end eBanking projects by defining scope and executing implementation.
• Present eBanking solutions through live demonstrations and onboarding guidance.
• Master all eBanking functionalities and stakeholder roles to configure solutions.
• Manage customer contracts, system registrations, and user account activations.
• Resolve client queries promptly to ensure service continuity.

PROFILE & SKILLS

Business Skills
Mandatory

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and French.
• Project management capabilities.

Preferred

• Knowledge of the banking profession or Trade Finance.
• Experience in making "Cold Calls" to clients.

Transversal & Behavioral Skills
Mandatory

• High level of rigor and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capacity to lead discussions in a cross-functional context.
