About the Role

Enphase Energy is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across the US and global markets. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers, promote Enphase's industry-leading solar and energy management solutions, and identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through new sales, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives. What You Will Be Doing

• Engage prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual consultations across US and global markets.
• Educate customers on Enphase products and services, including solar, storage, and energy management solutions.
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and needs assessment to negotiation and closure.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline updates, and sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, and Channel teams to maximize customer success and business growth.

Who You Are & What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or consultative sales in a target-driven environment.
• Fluency in French, in addition to English, is required.
• A minimum C1-level certification in French is mandatory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, conversion metrics, and business goals.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree (B.E., B.Tech , BCA, B.Sc., or equivalent) with a minimum of 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation).
• Preferred: Experience in solar, renewable energy, clean technology, SaaS, or product-based sales environments.
• Work Schedule: Flexible to support business needs, including US and/or European market hours.
