Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

• Client Assistance: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with elegance and professionalism, assisting customers with sizing, product availability, and order tracking.
• Order Management & Logistics: Coordinate with international warehouses and delivery partners to resolve shipment delays, returns, and exchanges seamlessly.
• CRM Maintenance: Record all client interactions, feedback, and purchase inquiries accurately within enterprise CRM platforms.
• Brand Advocacy: Provide personalized recommendations and product support that elevate the customer experience and drive repeat brand engagement.

Candidate Requirements & Profile

Must-Haves:

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in French (written and spoken) combined with a professional working command of English (B2 level).
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for client service.
• Technical Literacy: Comfortable navigating modern digital customer service platforms, e-commerce systems, and MS Office tools.
• Residency: Legal authorization to live and work in Belgium.

Compensation & Financial Structure

• Guaranteed Earnings: €1,300 gross base salary per month, supplemented by a €120 monthly language bonus, disbursed 14 times annually (incorporating holiday and Christmas bonuses).
• Meal Subsidy: €7.63 net per working day loaded onto a digital meal voucher card.
