What you'll do
- Prepare quotations, configure products, and manage orders and contracts.
- Coordinate activities across Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage customer requests.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and support reporting activities.
- Help deliver an excellent customer experience by ensuring information is complete and processes run smoothly.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree and some early professional experience in a business or support role.
- Strong French & English skills.
- Confident Excel skills and SAP knowledge is a big plus.
- Open, proactive personality with willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
