French teacher- Exciting school in Harrow- September start

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging French lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and resources
• Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders regarding student progress and performance
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Proven experience teaching French to primary or secondary school students
• Strong knowledge of the French language and culture
• Ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for education
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one
