Fund Accounting (Senior) Specialist in Private Capital with FrenchRequirements:

• Experience within the finance industry with at least 1 year of experience in accounts preparation, equity, bond or private wealth funds
• Fluent English and French is required as you will be working directly with the location
• Accounting skills are essential, experience in accounting, fund accounting, audit or private equity firms is a must
• Good Knowledge of Private Capital fund structures/regulations will be advantageous
• Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
• Good understanding of Excel and other accounting packages
• Client centric mindset
• Orientation to details, inquisitive mind
• Excellent organizational & communication skills
• Showing flexible and self-driven attitud

Responsibilities:

• Prepare end-to-end monthly/quarterly activities including cash bookkeeping and reconciliation, valuations on various type of assets, bookkeep in the Accounting system drawdowns, distributions, perform accruals calculation,
• Performing activities related to NAV calculation,
• Prepare and review accounting reporting,
• Investigating discrepancies including direct location contact
• Ensure all tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with local and global procedures,
• Manage client/ location queries and provide a high level of customer service to our external clients and business lines.
• Provide input in relation to the review and monitoring of existing business process, procedures and checklists to maximize efficiency and productivity in the Private Capital Team.
