The HP Industrial Printing Services organization (IPS) offers an integrated portfolio of Services including training, remote support, and onsite support.

You will begin your journey at the HP EMEA Graphics Academy and then grow further into different roles and/or departments as to obtain the benefits of a rotational program while keeping our commitment to our customers.

The HP EMEA Graphics Academy or "Indigo training center" delivers technical training, one of the key roles in enabling our customers to start production and maximize their HP Indigo digital presses.

We are continuously adapting to deliver our services under any circumstance, also remotely, using innovative tools as to do so, such as xRServices (Augmented Reality).

The Graphics Academy is closely connected to other departments in HP IPS, such as the Grow Team (onsite production support), the Care Center (Remote support) and our Field Service Engineers. Some of these functions are hosted at the HP Campus in Sant Cugat, some are consolidated in the EMEA country teams.

Education:

• Bachelor or Master in Engineer (mechanical / Industrial / Electronics)
• With interests in Printing Technology / Graphic Arts / Graphic Design / Digital Communication or Paper Science & Print Media

• Nice to have relevant experience:
  • Experience with teaching

Required Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Sensitive to customer's needs and developing warm client relationships.
• Passionate about continuous learning, sharing knowledge & teaching.
• Proficient level of English and native / proficient in at least 1 of following languages: French, German, Italian.
• Looking to invest in a technical career and growth path.

Travel Requirements:

• Traveling expected to be around 30%.
