The hotel is the gateway to your historical exploration of the capital city, such as the Great Wall, Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, hutongs, Houhai Bar Street, Jing Shan, Qianmen and Beihai Park.
Guests have direct access from the hotel to China World Mall and Guomao subway lines 1 and 10 interchange station. China World Mall has indoor skating rinks, foreign-language bookstores, cinemas and over 90 restaurants covering the gamut of urban lifestyle interests - trendy cuisine, shopping, entertainment and other fun activities.
It is also about 35-minute drive from Beijing Capital International Airport.

We are looking for GRO (French Speaking/Spanish Speaking).

As a GRO (French Speaking/Spanish Speaking), we rely on you to:

• Greeting and receiving domestic and international guests with a professional and enthusiastic attitude, and processing guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Acting as a communication bridge between guests and hotel departments, promptly coordinating and resolving guest requests, complaints and emergencies.
• Proactively maintaining guest engagement, especially with French or Spanish speaking guests, providing language support and personalized care to foster good guest relations.
• Assist in handling the reception process for VIP guests, including reservation details, room arrangement, special request, and collection of check-out feedback.
• Strictly follow the hotel service process and regularly report work progress to the department leaders.

We are looking for someone who:

• Fluent in either French or Spanish for smooth guest communication, with good daily English proficiency.
• Good service awareness and excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to withstand pressure and adapt to hotel shift work.
• Well groomed, cheerful and enthusiastic personality.
