What you will do

As a Customer Success Intern at OTIV, you will immerse yourself in the dynamics of client management and deployment coordination, while working closely with our Customer Success team. You will play a hands-on role managing French-speaking client accounts, supporting live rollouts and pilots at customer sites, and identifying new prospects across the French-speaking market. Acting as our eyes and ears in the field, you will gather customer feedback and operational insights that shape how we grow. Your contributions will directly support our commercial efforts and help strengthen relationships that drive OTIV forward. Are you in for the challenge?

Tasks and responsibilities

• Customer success management: Support the success of our French-speaking client accounts.
• Rollouts, deployments & pilots: Coordinate and monitor ongoing rollouts, deployments and pilots at customer sites.
• Prospecting & outreach: Support identification of and outreach to French-speaking prospects.
• Field monitoring: Act as our eyes and ears in the field by actively gathering and relaying customer feedback, operational insights and commercial opportunities to the team.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and deployment progress.

Requirements

• Working towards Master or Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken & written), any other language is a plus.
• Hands-on / self-driven mentality
• Enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology.
