We are looking for French-speaking candidates, who would like to perform various tasks and drive the functioning of our internal teams. Your key responsibilities

• You will be responsible for creating and supporting creation of Purchase Orders
• You will verify data, contact the client and provide support on process steps.
• Participation in calls with the client providing update on the process,
• Support best practice by providing proactive assistance in stakeholders needs

Skills and attributes for success

• You are fluent in French language (written and oral)
• You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B2 level
• You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
• You are a good team player and can organize teamwork

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Excellent communications skills (including remote communication)
• You are detail oriented and eager to solve process cases
• You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality
• You are strong and highly motivated work ethic and ability to perform well prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Self-educate and seek additional knowledge
• Knowledge about SAP environment
• Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines
