Junior Fund Documentation Specialist with French
ABOUT THE JOB

The role involves reviewing and analysing fund documentation to support fund creations and modifications in line with established procedures and check‑lists. You will be responsible for updating fund data in our internal database, identifying and flagging quality issues for senior team members, resolving simple discrepancies, handling routine client inquiries, and conducting basic investigations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyse fund documentation in order to execute fund creations and modifications following pre‑defined procedures and check‑lists;
• Update fund data in internal data base; investigate and flag any quality issues for senior colleagues;
• Investigate simple discrepancies;
• Respond to routine client queries and perform simple investigations;
• Perform standard risk‑control checks and escalate exceptions promptly;
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and process‑improvement initiatives under guidance;

PROFILE & SKILLS

• Fluent working knowledge of French and English is essential
• Experience in finance or securities services sector is a plus
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to work with multiple documents and data sources
• Numerate and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Excellent organisational & communication skills
• Client oriented approach
• Willingness to take on new challenges and look for enhancements in existing processes
