Job Description:
At Pluxee, we're looking for a sales-driven and analytically minded professional to manage and grow our largest accounts. You'll combine strategic business development with data-driven decision-making, identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and turning commercial insights into action.
What You'll Do
80% Business Development & Growth

Drive growth across strategic enterprise accounts and expand Pluxee's footprint in the market.

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within large accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, including client retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Build compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate Pluxee's business value and employee impact.
• Lead tender and RFP processes from qualification through submission.
• Ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality responses to tenders and re-bids.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored client solutions and maximize business opportunities.

20% Sales Analytics & Client Success

Turn data into actionable insights that fuel commercial performance.

• Conduct regular business reviews with key clients.
• Ensure excellent service delivery and long-term client engagement.
• Maintain a high-quality Salesforce pipeline covering acquisition, renewals, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain sales dashboards and pipeline reporting.
• Analyze commercial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to the Sales Team and the Operations Director Luxembourg.
• Support the development of tactical sales action plans based on pipeline intelligence and market performance.

You Are a Match If...
Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Public Affairs, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or key account management.
• Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Experience within SaaS, HR technology, employee benefits, fintech, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Familiarity with tenders, public procurement, and managing strategic account lifecycles.

Skills

• Strong consultative selling and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into sales strategies and business actions.
• Advanced CRM knowledge; Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with sales reporting and forecasting.
• Experience building dashboards and extracting actionable commercial insights.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Languages

• Fluent French is required.
• Strong professional English skills.
• Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
