Join Deloitte Luxembourg's Distribution Advisory Services team and help leading investment managers to market their funds to investors across borders, worldwide. Deloitte Luxembourg supports global asset managers, management companies and investment funds with practical, high-quality advice and coordination for the cross-border marketing and distribution of UCITS and AIFs across the globe.

As part of Deloitte's Investment Management & Regulatory practice, you will work in a multicultural, client-focused environment where regulatory insight, operational excellence and commercial awareness come together to deliver solutions that matter.

Key areas we cover:

• Cross-Border Distribution regulatory support: Support leading asset managers in understanding the regulatory framework applicable to cross-border distribution of funds by identifying, interpreting, and monitoring regulatory requirements.
• Marketing Compliance: Review promotional materials to ensure seamless alignment with EU and local regulations.
• Investment Compliance: Assess assets eligibility, identification of investment restrictions applicable to investment funds. Support to Management Companies for any question they may have on Investment Compliance requirements and market practices.

How you'll contribute to our success

This role offers the opportunity to combine operational and regulatory expertise, client exposure, business development and team leadership in the European funds' leading hub. Your tasks will consist of:

• Clients management: lead and develop a client portfolio of international investment managers for cross-border fund distribution and marketing advisory. Coordinate cross-border projects, including regulatory analysis, oversight of the operations and deliverables.
• Talent development: develop your leadership profile by supervising, coaching a multicultural team, ensuring high-quality delivery, knowledge sharing and a positive team dynamic.
• Project management: contribution to operational and AI transformation projects related to cross-border distribution of funds.
• Go-to-market: Support business development by identifying client needs, preparing proposals, contributing to thought leadership and acting as an ambassador for Deloitte's fund distribution expertise.
• Eminence: work on regulatory and compliance projects related to the global marketing of UCITS and AIFs. Advise clients on local distribution and marketing requirements applicable to investment funds, translating complex rules into clear, practical guidance. Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our regulatory knowledge base, methodologies, tools. Prepare and deliver internal or client-facing training on regulatory developments and market practice in fund distribution.

Your skills

• Hold a Master's degree in law, finance, economics, business administration or another relevant field.
• Bring at least 6 years of experience in the investment fund industry, asset management, fund distribution, regulatory advisory or a related consulting environment.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of UCITS, AIFs and the regulatory framework applicable to the marketing and distribution of investment funds in Europe and internationally.
• Have proven experience in project management, client relationship management and the supervision or coaching of team members.
• Be a native French speaker, with an excellent command of professional English, both written and spoken.
• Show strong analytical, drafting and communication skills, with the ability to turn regulatory complexity into clear, business-oriented advice.
• Be proactive, rigorous and well organised, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, multicultural environment while being comfortable taking ownership of your projects.
