Your Mission

As an onboarding specialist, you are in direct contact with clients from various industries, from mid-sized companies to DAX-listed corporations. You will support them in the implementation and use of our software solution for CSRD compliance and Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) reporting. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our onboarding process and work closely with our customer success team to build strong relationships with our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding of new and existing clients, focusing on our solutions for CSRD and CCF
• Independently conduct training for Double Materiality Analysis and CSRD reporting, as well as for Corporate Carbon Footprint calculation
• Assist in creating enablement materials and conducting webinars
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process
• Collaborate with the customer success team to strengthen relationships with existing users

Your Experience

• Professional experience in management consulting, customer success, or solution engineering (minimum 2-3 years)
• Ideally, experience in ESG, particularly in the areas of CSRD and CCF
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Enthusiasm for active participation in a growing software scale-up
• Language requirements: German C2 and English C1
