Become our new Operational Permanent Controller based in Porto

Be part of our dynamic Permanent Control team, where you will be responsible for supporting countries' local OPC teams implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the permanent control framework to ensure the reliability of accounting and financial information and to mitigate operational risks, according to BNPP Group Finance and Cardif expectations.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE OPC TEAM

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Ensure that the French and IFRS France controls are produced and delivered on time to Cardif Management and Finance Control teams, in compliance with applicable regulations and standards,
• Perform analytical reviews to monitor and continuously improve the control processes implemented in France,
• Act as the liaison between Production and Finance Control teams,
• Ensure clear and timely reporting and communication of your activities to your manager and team,
• Collaborate closely with Cardif employees and cross-functional teams, including Data, Accounting (different entities), Finance Control and Group Compliance.

READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or another related field,
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Risk, Internal Control, Audit or Compliance, preferably in the Insurance sector,
• Understanding of internal control frameworks and operational risk management,
• Audit, operational risk and compliance knowledge,
• Fluency in French and English mandatory (C1 or C2),
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
