Order Management Specialist (French Speaker)

About this Position The position is part of the Order to Cash Team in the Global Business Solution (GBS+ Cairo).

What you'll do

Perform Day to day Order management Activities and ensure achieving the OTC KPIs, while following the OTC SLA guidelines:

• Orders creation through SAP: standard sales orders and free of charge orders, Returns handling
• Order Management reporting and Credit and debit notes handling
• Ensure relevance of all needed data and approvals according to the CSDA and CSCA
• Identify and execute various enhancement and improvement to processes (Continuous improvement)

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, Finance, or any relevant study
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent French and English speaker
• Customer focused, attention to details with sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint)
• SAP and Digital Knowledge (e.g.; Power-Bi) experience is a Plus
• Time management skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
