Part-time French Customer Service Advisor

At NewCo Communications, we are looking for French-speaking Customer Advisors who have an interest in the banking sector.

On the project, accuracy is an absolute must. You will handle queries from credit-card holders and ensure the security and protection of their customer data.

This requires the ability to follow security procedures around sensitive data but we will teach you everything during a paid training.

What will you do?

• Customer service, blocking lost/stolen credit and debit cards.
• You will handle questions from credit-card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit-card data.
• Identity verification, answering questions and explaining any steps to follow are among your core tasks.
• Checking temporarily blocked cards for cardholder transactions or not. And permanently blocking or unblocking the credit card.
• Handling claims files

What do we ask?

• Preferably you already have experience in a customer service role
• Availability: Mon – Sat evenings from 20h - 24h and Sundays between 8h and 24h
• A native level of the French language in word and writing; and a good knowledge of the English language
• Social skills and a positive attitude
• You also have at least a professional Bachelor's degree with strong communication skills.
