Become our new Product Owner based in Porto

YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Define, monitor, and implement the transformation roadmap for the Collection, Reliability, and accounting scope, ensuring alignment with business and strategic priorities,
• Define and oversee the implementation of solutions addressing business needs and contribute to the industrialization of existing tools to improve reliability and sustainability,
• Manage and secure existing Shadow IT solutions, ensuring performance, reducing operational risks and supporting business and regulatory evolutions,
• Define and implement development initiatives to upskill business teams on modern tools and technologies, including Data Visualization and Python,
• Coordinate with other Product Owners and teams across Management Control, Reporting and Actuarial to ensure alignment, identify synergies and support transversal initiatives.

READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, or a related field,
• At least 4 years of professional experience within an Accounting environment, ideally within the Insurance industry,
• At least 3 years of experience in financial project management or digital transformation,
• Prior experience leading a squad as a Product Owner or Scrum Master is considered a strong advantage,
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, including financial and insurance industry topics such as IFRS17,
• Good understanding of Insurance business needs, Management Control and Actuarial processes to identify synergies,
• Proficiency in Data Visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and programming languages such as Python and/orSAS,
• Fluent in French and/or English.
