Job Description

We are expanding our team with an Project Manager (Fluent in French).

Role:

You will serve as a technical lead and team leader, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects, promoting best practices, and actively contributing to technological and organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Engineering

• Serve as a technical reference for development teams (design, coding, DevOps)
• Promote best practices: clean code, architecture, testing
• Standardize development practices (automation, frameworks, reuse)

Team Leadership:

• Develop and coach engineers
• Build a collaborative, results-oriented team culture
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of technical talent

Delivery & Performance:

• Ensure projects are delivered on time (≥90%)
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and the stability of solutions
• Serve as the point of escalation for complex technical challenges

Transformation & Innovation:

• Drive the adoption of GenAI (e.g., Copilot) and automation
• Continuously improve processes, tooling, and architecture
• Evolve DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practices
• Promote a culture of innovation

Stakeholder Management:

• Identify and mitigate technical risks
• Collaborate with business and IT teams
• Ensure clear visibility into performance and deliverables

Strong knowledge of:

• Systems architecture
• DevOps and CI/CD
• Testing and quality
• Ability to review code and provide technical guidance to teams
• Proven experience leading development teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented profile
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Fluent English (required)
• Fluent French (C1) - mandatory
