To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for two Retail Account Managers for Wallonia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing and expanding our customer portfolio, with a particular focus on strengthening our presence within Delhaize stores. You will also help grow our partnerships with Carrefour, wine merchants (cavistes) and wholesalers.

Your Role

As a Retail Account Manager, you will be the commercial representative for your region and will be responsible for promoting, selling and increasing the visibility of the Henkell-Freixenet brand portfolio.

What you can expect:

• Manage, develop and grow our presence within Delhaize stores in your region.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Carrefour, wine merchants and wholesalers.
• Advise customers and negotiate commercial agreements relating to Henkell-Freixenet products, services and activities.
• Manage existing customers while actively acquiring new business opportunities.
• Regularly visit off-trade customers to negotiate commercial agreements and promotional activities and ensure their successful implementation.
• Monitor and follow up promotional campaigns, product launches and sales initiatives at store level.
• Carry out merchandising and rack-jobbing activities.
• Install and maintain POS (Point of Sale) materials and promotional displays.
• Organize and conduct tastings and in-store activation events.
• Proactively prospect and identify new growth opportunities within your territory.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market developments and customer feedback.
• Manage and develop wholesale accounts.
• Monitor, manage and coordinate POS materials.
• Evaluate sales and marketing activities from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
• Support the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives and sales promotions.
• Ensure accurate administration, reporting and CRM data management.

What we expect:

• Native or fluent French speaker with a good command of Dutch. You understand Dutch well and can communicate professionally with Dutch-speaking colleagues and customers.
• Proven sales experience in FMCG, retail, beverages or a related industry.
• Experience working with retail chains such as Delhaize, Carrefour, wine merchants or wholesalers is a strong asset.
• Excellent commercial, communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and capable of working independently.
• Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Holder of a valid Category B driving license.
