Sales Administration Specialist with French (all genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Sales Administration Specialist will be responsible for finding appropriate solutions to customer inquiries. Your responsibilities include handling various customer inquiries, issuing and correcting invoices, resolving issues, and providing necessary documentation.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Solve customer queries as fast as possible,
• Correct Invoices / create CMR/DMR,
• Monitoring the resolution status,
• Create quality notification to our logistic,
• Create return and replacement orders,
• Ensure database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP,
• Sort out order-related queries and obstacles internally and externally,
• Be a part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects.

What You Need to Succeed

• At least 1 year of professional experience in customer support,
• Good knowledge of English and French (min. B2 written and spoken),
• Strong focus to details,
• Strong customer orientation and service-oriented work,
• Good understanding of complex business processes.

Additional Assets:

• knowledge of SAP.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:

• CV selection - we contact selected candidates

• Initial interview with the Manager and Recruiter (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
