Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is fluent in both English and French to join a growing international B2B sales team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience, a proven ability to generate qualified leads, and the confidence to engage decision-makers in both English and French.

You will be responsible for prospecting, cold outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven SDR looking to grow their career in international B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach in both English and French.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within target B2B accounts.
• Generate and qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICP).
• Book qualified sales meetings and discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in CRM systems.
• Personalize outreach messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach activity, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outbound strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role.
• Fluent in English and French (C1 level or equivalent) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead generation.
• Demonstrated success in booking qualified meetings with B2B decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
• Strong objection-handling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by achieving sales targets.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling SaaS, technology, or professional services.
• Experience prospecting into French-speaking markets, including France, Belgium, Switzerland, or Canada.
• Familiarity with structured outbound sales methodologies and multichannel prospecting.
