Key responsibilities:

As our Sales Development Representative for Europe, you'll help us grow our footprint across the European market, with a particular focus on Southern Europe (Spain, France, Portugal and Italy), where we are already established. You'll work closely with Account Executives and the marketing team to fuel our pipeline and turn curiosity into qualified opportunity.

• Outbound prospecting - Identify high-potential legal and enterprise accounts across Southern Europe and drive outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Lead qualification & nurturing - Initiate intelligent conversations and guide potential clients through the first stages of the funnel.
• Pipeline development - Book and manage discovery calls for our Account Executives and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
• Regional insight - Monitor trends and insights across European legal markets to inform our GTM strategy.
• Cross-functional collaboration - Work with marketing, product and sales to provide field-level insights and help iterate GTM campaigns.

You might be a good fit if you:

• Are a fluent French and English speaker (written and spoken).
• Based in Belgium with flexibility to come to our Ghent HQ.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales development, inside sales or business development.
• Have experience working in dynamic, fast-paced startup or scale-up environments in tech / SaaS, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.
• Have hands-on experience with sales enablement tools like Hubspot and Salesforce and email automation platforms.
• Have a proven ability in cold calling, email outreach and lead qualification.
• Are hungry to develop your career at LEGALFLY, for example into a Sales or Marketing role.
• Are smart, inquisitive and possess strong emotional intelligence.
