Based in our Barcelona office, we're looking for a French-speaking SDR to develop the French market. You'll drive qualified prospecting campaigns across inbound and outbound leads, opening the first conversations with potential clients and booking meetings for our Sales teams.

What you will do at Signaturit

• Prospect: engage leads through targeted campaigns (email, social selling, events, calls) to open conversations and book meetings.
• Qualify: understand prospects' needs to confirm fit with our solutions.
• Collaborate: hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives for closing.
• Manage CRM: track and monitor performance in Salesforce and Apollo.
• Give feedback: help improve SDR team processes.
• Report: share activity and results with your manager.
• Monitor data: analyze lead performance metrics and optimize campaigns against key KPIs.

What we believe should contribute to your success in this context

• A degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Some experience in B2B sales (internships or projects count), ideally in SaaS or digital technology.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to qualify opportunities.
• Fluent French and English (required); Spanish is a strong plus.
• Energy and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

• Base salary €24-28K, depending on experience level, plus up to €5K variable upon 100% achievement of objectives defined with your manager.
