As we continue to grow internationally, this is an exciting opportunity to help expand Bridebook's presence in the French market.

What will I be doing?

As our French-Speaking Sales Executive, you'll drive new business growth by building relationships with venues, suppliers and partners across the French market.

You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and closing, while delivering a consultative and high-quality customer experience.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to contract signature.
• Making high-volume cold and warm outreach across phone, email and other channels.
• Identifying and qualifying new venues, suppliers and partners.
• Running discovery conversations to understand customer needs and position Bridebook's value.
• Building strong commercial cases, handling objections and negotiating within agreed parameters.
• Owning your pipeline, CRM accuracy and forecasting.
• Using sales data to improve conversion, deal size and cycle time.
• Building trusted relationships and ensuring a smooth handover to Account Management.
• Sharing market feedback and collaborating with Sales, Marketing and wider teams to improve conversion.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Fluent or native-level French, with English communication skills.
• Proven sales or business development experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing a sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
• Confidence with outbound sales and building relationships with new customers.
• A consultative, commercially minded approach to selling.
• Strong organisation, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
• Comfort using data to prioritise and improve performance.
• Resilience, ownership and the motivation to work towards ambitious targets.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to share feedback and ideas.

Experience selling to venues, hospitality businesses or SMEs would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
