Job role summary

The Sales Support offers support to the internal sales persons and to the clients with specific contracts for the French market.

The Sales Support acts in the context of the Sales process and provides proactively and efficiently support to the sales community, promoting customer satisfaction and developing strong internal and external relationships.The Sales Support is the primary interface within the business between new and existing customer and our sales and business support organizations. The team is offering support for the base business and external clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receiving queries and demands (consumables, invoices, technical issues, requests to change location, new devices, upgrades or removal of equipment) from Sales organizations, Account managers or customers from the French market, regarding different business needs and effective distribution to the relevant sales person or business organization. Verification of completion.
• Deployment Coordination (Participating in Kick-off meetings and discuss project planning activities, Equipment installation coordination, planning and customer training)
• Loan Device process management
• Extracting data from SAP or Salesforce in order to offer relevant information or reports regarding customer contracts, equipment lot and orders
• Communicating with external coordinators, the logistic service provider and other internal departments
• Keeping up to date the activity tracker and internal documents specific to the activity. Contribute to more efficient work processes and maintain the documentation.
• Managing escalations and offer assistance for common issues
• Ensures effective shared mailbox management, phone calls to be done professionally and timely
• Participating in team meetings and general inputs in day to day improvements.
• Offer back up to the Big Machines team and training for the new entrants

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma / Secondary School or equivalent
• Fluent close to native French language skills
• Fresh graduates are also welcome in this role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Preferred qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years experience in customer service/back office positions

Other soft skills required:

• Professional telephone manner and written communication
• Ability to interact with web-based software tools, extract data from and upload data into these tools, and search information
• Team oriented within the extended Xerox Community
• Work effectively under pressure through the prioritization of tasks, high sensitivity to attention to the details
• High external focus ensuring the customer is effectively assisted and ultimately satisfied
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
